I'm looking for either a private room (preferably with ensuite) or a granny flat/bungalow ideally for 24 months with flexible length of stay whilst seeking new accommodation. The entire property must be strictly non-smoking including outside.
I'm a quiet male in my mid 30's. I spend most of my time at home on my computer studying the financial markets and playing computer games. I'm someone who needs my own space so I prefer to have meals in my own room.
My income is a permanent government pension and rent assistance. I've been renting at my current place for 2 years through a real estate agency so I can provide rental receipts as proof of being a reliable tenant.
