I'm looking to move to Newy around the end of July am looking for a room in a flat/house to rent! I will be moving from Mid North Coast where I’ve been for the past 3.5 years after growing up in the Northern Beaches of Sydney.
I'm very keen on coming into a house with like-minded people. I am very active - love to surf, play soccer/ team sports, going to the gym, running etc. The beach is my happy place and love going for drives/ weekend trips and just travelling in general. I’m also a non-smoker 😊
As I’m relocating I'm very keen to meet new people. I'm not a big partier and really value my personal space and down time, particularly after a big day at work (I am an OT working in mental health). I have been living in share houses for over 3 years and can provide references if needed.
Looking for somewhere within bike riding distance to the beach 🏄🏽‍♀️ Can consider negotiating $$ for the right place.
