I am in my 30's and working full time and studying as well, I am a very active person and always enjoy being outdoors and adventuring, I am an early riser and bed early.

I have done house sharing numerous times and I'm a homeowner myself and have tenants living in my house, so I understand what is expected and I have a high standard of cleanliness and know how sharing spaces work.

I am extremely laid back and easy going.
I enjoy socialising on weekends and meeting new people and don't mind a wine after work on Fridays but also enjoy my downtime and own space.
