I'm a 58 yo looking for a place close to the school I work at in Glen Waverley. I have no pets, don't drink or smoke nor have any dependents. I am looking to share with someone who is comfortable to share their home with myself. I work FT as an educator and have school holidays to myself. I love pets, am comfortable with smokers or non smokers but importantly, I am tidy, clean and am an ex chef turned school teacher who loves to cook. I have also traveled extensively and love talking and sharing stories about people, cultures and experiences. I have very limited furniture, a bed, 3 tables that I will bring with me, 6x chairs, a washing machine if you need one and an electric lawn mower which I am happy to mow the lawns and help with the gardening. I am also very respectful of other peoples space and privacy. Paying my rent is something I have never missed and I am very reliable for other rental costs: I don't like to cause any problems for the other tenants AND the Landlord.
