Gem and Jack

Hello,

We’re Gem and Jack, a responsible couple looking for a comfortable and well‑kept home to rent. I work as a support worker, and Jack is a manager at a retail store. We both have stable employment, strong references, and a track record of treating every space we live in with care and respect.

I also live with a chronic health condition, so in addition to my regular income, I receive consistent Centrelink support. This means that even if I need occasional time off work, our rent is always covered and our finances remain stable.

We have a small, well‑behaved dog who is fully house‑trained and used to apartment living. They’re gentle, quiet, and a big part of our little family.

We’re hoping to find a place where we can settle in long‑term, keep things tidy, and be considerate neighbours. We value a calm, friendly environment and are happy to meet in person, provide references, or answer any questions.
