Hey there!
I am a 29 year old woman who is looking for a granny flat, unit/ studio or apartment ideally west, south of Adelaide or central Adelaide. Not interested in share houses unless it’s with just with one other person.
I am a laid back and pretty easy going person :)
I do not drink. I don’t invite friends over so no need to worry about party’s or anything.
I am tidy, friendly, clean and very quiet! 😊

I have a small cat who is 10 yrs old, ideally I would love for her to come and live with me but if I really need to I can give her to family to look after if there are any issues with pets, however she keeps to herself and is shy but friendly :)

I can provide my own furniture such as a double bed and dressing table/ drawers/ TV.
I am unemployed due to health reasons but have an income.
I am a bit of a home body and I do need quite a bit of my own space and down time so if that could be respected it would be greatly appreciated.

In terms of my activity in the home as a tenant and as a housemate;
I’m happy to help with keeping the place clean and tidy- I can even provide my own vacuum and cleaning supplies 🧽
