Hey, I’m Prince, just relocated to the Gold Coast. I work full-time as Venue Manager, so I’m mostly on late shifts and keep things pretty low-key during the week.

I’m easy-going, independent, and clean. I enjoy cooking on my days off and don’t mind sharing a meal or a drink now and then. I’m social, but I also respect personal space so I’m looking for a home that’s friendly but not chaotic.

I’m totally fine with small get-togethers, just prefer a heads-up. I take care of shared spaces and am happy to stick to a cleaning routine.

Ideally looking for a place with 1–3 people who are respectful, easy to live with, and keep things balanced.
