Im a happy 39 year old Englishman, who has just moved to Melbourne to work for the Victorian Government after recently transferring from the WA government in Perth.

Im preferably looking for somewhere in the inner-west like Yarraville/Seddon/Spotwood/Newport/Williamstown or Footscray west or there abouts.

I've been living in wonderful Australia for over 15 years.
I've lived in plenty of share houses over the years, so I'm fluent with manners and share house etiquette.

I'm also a home owner myself back in Perth so I'm very respectful of peoples homes and would like to think I make a good housemate.

I like a chat and I'm social but also respect peoples privacy.
Most of the time I will be at work, but at weekends I like to get outdoors playing golf and other outdoor pursuits.
