Dylan and Sara

Hey everyone,
We’re Dylan and Sara, and we’re looking for a new place to call home on the Sunshine Coast.
About us:
Dylan - I work full-time in Hospitality Management, mostly afternoons/late nights but the occasional early morning too. When I’m not at work, I’m either catching up on sleep, out playing Golf or practicing guitar. Working in the hospitality industry has turned me into quite the night-owl naturally so I sleep-in most mornings and am awake quite late but am normally just laying in bed watching Netflix quietly until I doze off.
Sara - I also work in Hospitality, but on a casual basis. I will also begin studying my Bachelor of Business at USC full-time come March 2026, which will mainly be online study. When I’m not at work or studying you can find me at the gym or catching up on shows.
We both enjoy the company of others as well as our own space, and respect other peoples privacy. We also enjoy the occasional drink, but these days more in the sense of ‘a glass of wine with a charcuterie board every once in a while’.
We both love animals! Do not own any but will be willing to help-out with your pets should you own any of your own. We love walking a dog occasionally or kitty cuddles.
Our weekly budget will hopefully be around $500 (bills included preferred), and ideally nowhere more south of Buddina and nowhere more North of Bli Bli as I work in Cotton Tree area.
