I am a 32 yo professional working full time at Curtin University. I enjoy socialising and am always up for a chat but also like my own space. On weekends I like to go out for dinners or bars. However, I think my heavy partying days are very much over.

I love being outdoors and going to the beach. I like my living environment clean, tidy and organised. I'm very much a minimalist and don't like clutter!

I’m looking to stay between 6 to 12 months at first with possibility of extension depending on how we get along. I will need a spot to park my car, but I am not fussy with it being undercover or on the street. Happy to team up with someone if our location preferences match or are quite similar.
