​Hi everyone! 👋 I’m on the hunt for a quiet, comfortable spot to call home. My budget is around $420 a week, and keeping rent paid on time is always my top priority.

​My vibe at home: I’m calm and humble and enjoy people with a good sense of humour. I'm super clean, tidy and organised. I really value a peaceful, well-kept home and love pottering around the house and garden to keep things looking nice.

​Lifestyle: Pretty quiet, calm and low-key! And appreciate my own private space. I don't use drugs and rarely drink (though I don't mind if you enjoy a casual drink!). I love board games or cards, a back yard fire and BBQ's and am always up for a friendly chat.

​Work: I’ve worked at Australian Outback Spectacular for 4.5 years (midday to 9pm, Tues/Wed/Fri/Sat, plus the occasional Sunday and random contracting shifts). If I come in late from work, I’m as quiet as a mouse—just a quick cuppa in my room to wind down with a movie and headphones on!

Out & about: When I'm not working or researching my passion for human biology and nutrition, I'm usually visiting family, out with my grandkids or exploring the Gold Coast.

​I’m looking for a granny flat, roomy studio, 2 rooms, or a spacious unfurnished room with enough space to comfortably fit my bed, recliner and TV.
