I'm a 31 year old woman, I'm easy going, organised, respectful and tidy. I enjoy socialising but also value my own time. I have a sleek black cat named Derek, 🐈‍⬛so far he's been an inside only cat but that could change in the right environment. He's lived with other cats, dogs and people before, and is well house trained.

I love to make coffee ☕️ and have been a barista for over a decade. I enjoy exploring and hanging out with friends, but I'm also always down to sit and read a book/play games or sit in front of the TV with my cat.

I'm looking for a relaxed but tidy environment with friendly housemates, who like to hang out from time to time, but also enjoy their own space.

I have a job in a small local cafe I work almost full-time hours starting between 5:30 a.m. to 7:00 a.m. and finishing around 2 p.m. each day I also either later this year or next year we'll be studying at some point but still working. I make more than enough and have more than enough in savings to be able to afford a fair few places I am looking for a place to move in

I am looking for properties around the Morley area happy to be about 20 minutes distance at the most the cafe are workout is in noranda and I start very early in the morning . moved here from country Victoria about two years ago and it is time to find a new house to live in hope to hear from you soon feel free to reach out if you think you have a property that suits us don't mind living with other people and don't mind living with older people as well as they are respectful and understanding.
