Hi, I'm Josh
I'm a full-time engineer working Monday to Friday. I'm clean, tidy, and respectful of shared spaces, and always on top of rent and bills.
In my spare time I'm into camping, four-wheel driving, 3D printing, and electronics projects.
I'm also pretty handy and can fix most things around the house.

I'm friendly and easy to get along with. happy to have a chat, but equally happy to give everyone their space.

I'm ideally looking for a 2-person house with a small area in a garage or shed where I can store my tools and gear neatly out of the way, no workshop needed, just a bit of storage.

Hoping to find a relaxed household where people communicate well and look out for each other.
