Hello there! 🌟

I’m looking for a cozy, spacious, private room that is pet-friendly and allows my partner to stay over occasionally. My budget is under $220 per week. I will be bringing my own bedroom furniture and kitchen items. I own a motorcycle which will need to be kept away from prying eyes depending on neighbourhood.

A bit about me: I've been renting since I was 16, I only drink on special occasions, and even then it’s a maybe. With my experience working in BnBs, I always ensure that shared spaces remain clean and peaceful. I enjoy my own company but am completely open to friendly conversations! I am currently working as a casual in retail my hours are pretty fixed so won't have those unstable pays and also have a back up income with Centrelink so I can promise I won't be late on rent or bills.

In my free time, I love reading, playing board games, socializing with friends, and, of course, spending time with my adorable puppy, Scout! He’s a 1 and half year-old Red Heeler cross Staffy and is incredibly well-behaved. He’s toilet-trained, desexed, vaccinated, playful, and gets along famously with other dogs! I always make sure he is clean and up to date with flea and worming treatments.

Roommate has decided to terminate lease, with me unfortunately not being on the lease I will have to terminate with him giving me till the 1st of March to move out.
