Hi!
My current roommate and I are not renewing our lease together in January (at the end of our lease) due to changes in circumstance, so looking to find someone to apply with me to renew on a 12 month lease!
I already have a fridge, washing machine, outdoor set, couch, entertainment unit and heaps of kitchen stuff.

I work full time in West End, Monday to Friday in property development.
But in my free time I love to read, cook/bake, watch sports (love rugby union), spend time with friends, travel and try out new restaurants/bars/activities.
I love having a housemate I can have a house dinner with or even board game night, or a cheeky margarita. I would really love to live with someone that I can form a friendship with. However also understand and enjoya being able to relax and have our own time to unwind
I really value a clean home, and open communication.
