Returning to Perth from living o/s and looking for a quiet clean space with its own ensuite. Somewhere I can re-establish myself and get back to life in Oz. I would prefer a granny flat or own space, but would be open to a share house with the right person/people.

I'm a quiet, clean introvert. Non smoker, no drugs, no kids, no pets, no parties. Perfect rental history.

Prefer a walkable location with good public transport links as I will not initially have a car. Flexible for the right fit.
