Hello, my name is Dax.

I'm an American that moved to Perth 20 years ago.
I am a quiet, clean, respectful gentleman.
I am looking for a granny flat or large room.
I have a 14-Year-old daughter that i have Tuesdays and Saturdays. Occasionally she might sleep over but as she gets older it has been happening less and less unfortunately

It's been quite difficult finding a place as most of them are filled with young guys that just want to party and that is not the type of environment, I want my daughter in when she comes to visit. As it is more important that she feels comfortable.
I am hoping to find an all Female house (i have 3 Daughters and grew up with 4 sisters)or maybe an older couple that needs a hand around the place.
I'm pretty handy around the house and can fix almost anything.

I am looking in the Shelley,Riverton,
Bullcreek, Willetton,Booragoon,Kardinya,
Melville,Attadale and surrounding suburbs.
I like gaming and watching my favorite shows and movies. I love to play pool.

I'm a really good cook and love cooking for other people. I love animals.

I'm finically secure and work full time.
