My name's Jarred, I'm 24, and I'm looking for a place to move in the next few weeks before christmas. I just had a rough break up with my girlfriend and she wants me out by the 21st of December.

Im clean, respectful and enjoy both my social and private time. I enjoy having an occasional beer or smoke, and i am respectful of any house rules regarding either. I also have a beautiful cat named Socks that i cant bring myself to give up, but she is VERY well loving and well behaved, and doesn't attack furniture, people, or leave messes anywhere.

I would ideally be looking for something longer term, as I dont have the energy to keep moving around anymore.

Im currently looking for full or part time work, and I am on the Jobseeker payment while i wait.
