I work full time as a coastal engineer. My weekends involve mostly training (running/riding) or relaxing.

Flexible with just about everything - very easy going and happy to talk through anything that comes up.

Ideally looking for a place with either a large room or space for a desk as I work from home a day or two per week.

Looking for something unfurnished as I have fridge, washer, kitchen appliances and bed already. Not a dealbreaker though.

My current lease ends early February so I’m looking to find a place in mid to late January 2026
