I am looking to move somewhere close to Macquarie University. Furnished or unfurnished is fine. My budget is about $350 per week, if including bills.

About me:

I am 28 and work full-time at Macquarie University, and I work in the office every day. I also study part-time, a Bachelor of Arts majoring in Social Justice. I enjoy being social and hanging out with housemates, whether that's the odd cheese board with a movie or hosting a games night with friends. Studying alongside work though does mean I can get quite busy, so I also appreciate my own and other's alone time and space.

I've lived in share houses since I was 17 and can get along well with anyone. I was also the principal tenant on the lease in my last two rentals, managing all the bills and communications with realestate. So I am a responsible and reliable housemate, and see open communication as the most important part of living together. My current house's realestate can provide a reference if you'd like.

Outside of uni and work I have been getting into reformer pilates, and I do handstand classes every week too. With my last housemate we fostered cats together so I am more than okay with a household that has pets.

I have a lot of furniture and household items which I'll be selling when I move out of my current place. But if the new place I move to needs anything like that then I can certainly contribute to furnishing the place more!
