G’day my name is Aydin 54 year old, single.. I have a disability down the left side of the body but has never stopped me from keeping active i love going to the gym lifting weights and long walks on the treadmill or out and about around nature..
I’ve never driven but have found that my feet alway gets me to where I’m going ..just might take a day or two .. Uber and public transport bit quicker I have found...

I’m receiving NDIS support so there is opportunity for you to receive extra money on top of rent .. and extras like having your home cleaned weekly Or fortnightly 2 hours cleaning bathroom, kitchen and floors etc .. and sooo much more ….im a person that likes to give.. but I don’t like people that just wants to take..so if you can put a good offer on the table and I can see that your a giving person .. and not a tight ass!!..then your the “kind” of people I want to be around!…I’m looking for the right home for me, a bit of lux, modern home or granny flat would be nice rather than old tight and squishy, a bit of space, a big yard would be nice, nothing small and the right owner…not asking for much hey .. oh and a home gym lol…. why not! ..Only homes with an ensuite would be considered.. I have no timeline in making the move ..this year ..next year .. if the right home hits my inbox then I would be moving forward from there..im currently living on my own in a house in Rosebud, Victoria, I am very comfortable where I am and been here two years but I’m looking for a change anywhere on the Mornington Peninsula ..I love animals so farm, country type setup would be great with heaps of animals or coastal beach feel around the bay..

I had worked for Qantas for 25 years and love to travel on huge Qantas benefits and if you and I get along and you are a genuinely nice person .. no tight asses!!!!….I could offer same benefits for you.…Im no longer working… I am financially, love to do a bit of traveling around Australia a weekend here and a weekend there..and hoping to do a few overseas trips next year or two .. I’m looking for a really lovely quiet home, bills included. im in no hurry to move to find the right home for me!!.. looking for a place I feel at home…living with one or two other people …would be nice ..I do not smoke and do not do drugs.. I enjoy a red wine or Guinness socially and eating healthy I love a good coffee and I also have with me an oracle coffee machine and few other bits and pieces.. I have always been a very good tenant and always paid my way and on time with rent… offering to do things around the home always! I like a clean home so im always cleaning up after myself as well!
I’m pretty quiet and enjoy my own space but social as well… or wanting to be!
I love the footy and will watch any game if it’s a good battle.. and love the cricket as well love to do a tour with the cricket team to England or India South Africa or the Caribbeans.
I’m very easy to get along with, pretty much do as I’m told, honest and trustworthy (old scouting boy from cubs to rovers) as the owner of this place currently living would testify

Must have online profile description of the property, amenities, and location just so I can do my research on how I can get around for example gym, shopping centres, wineries, transport, beach, nightlife/entertainment etc..form there I can decide if this is the place I will feel comfortable.. not interested in exchanging info via text/mobile without a profile and won’t reply to messages.
