G’day my name is Aydin 54 year old, single.. I have a disability down the left side of the body but has never stopped me from keeping active i love going to the gym lifting weights and long walks on the treadmill..
I’ve never driven but have found that my feet alway gets me to where I’m going ..just might take a day or two .. Uber and public transport bit quicker..

I’m receiving NDIS support so there is opportunity for you to receive extra money on top of rent .. and extras like having your home cleaned weekly Or fortnightly 2 hours cleaning bathroom, kitchen and floors etc .. and sooo much more …. I’m looking for the right home for me and the right owner/flatmate!..Only homes with an ensuite would be considered.. I have no timeline in making the move ..this year ..next year .. if the right home hits my inbox then I would be moving forward from there..im currently living on my own in a house in Rosebud, Victoria, I am very comfortable where I am and been here two years but I’m looking for a change anywhere around Australia… love animals so farm, country type setup would be great or coastal beach feel.

I had worked for Qantas for 25 years and love to travel on huge Qantas benefits and if you and I get along and genuinely nice person I could offer same benefits for you. But if you are a dick or tight ass.. don’t bother!……Im no longer working. Love to do a bit of traveling around Australia a weekend here and a weekend there..and hoping to do a few overseas trips next year or two .. I’m looking for a really lovely quiet home, bills included. im in no hurry to move to find the right home for me!!.. looking for a place I feel at home…living with one or two other people …I do not smoke and do not do drugs.. I enjoy a red wine or Guinness socially and eating healthy I love a good coffee and I also have with me an oracle coffee machine and few other bits and pieces.. I have always been a very good tenant and always paid my way and on time with rent… offering to do things around the home always! I like a clean home so im always cleaning up after myself as well!
I’m pretty quiet and enjoy my own space but social as well…
I love the footy and will watch any game if it’s a good battle.. and love the cricket as well love to do a tour with the cricket team to England or India South Africa or the Caribbeans.
I’m very easy to get along with, honest and trustworthy as the owner of this place currently living would testify

Not interested in sharing rental properties!

Must have online profile description of the property, amenities, are you close to the beach,rent you are charging, walking distance to shops etc!and photos of your property, I like to see the whole picture…everything in front of me without exchanging info via text/mobile.it gives me or I will not reply!
