I am working full-time as a public servant in Canberra since January 2022 and am looking for a new room to stay in. I was born in and previously lived in Sydney 🙂

I am very adjusted to living in house share spaces having lived in various houseshares for 4-5 years during university. I am very clean, quiet, and considerate of my housemates, especially when using shared spaces in the house.

A bit about myself:
I do enjoy quite a number of hobbies such as gaming, building computers, studying languages, and street dancing. I can be social, but also happy to respect other people's privacy and quiet time in the home.

I am quite flexible and easygoing when living with housemates. I am open-minded and always welcome people of all ages, identities, ethnicities, lifestyles, etc. I would consider myself an ally.
I would not be bringing any animals with me, but I do love animals so would also be fine with living with one! (Except maybe cats as I have an allergy). I don't have any dietary requirements. Unless I am cooking, I am generally in my room or out! I also strongly prefer being efficient with my free time, so stick to recipes that are quick to make.

My strong preference for a house I'd be staying in would be:
- having a strong, fast internet connection as my hobbies and work require it (this is a must - If you are unsure what your download/upload speed you can go to "Ookla speed test" website on any device connected to the internet, and it will show you 😊)
- a location in the middle of south and central Canberra.
- clean and reasonable housemates
- house located on a quiet street or neighbourhood.
- a well insulated home with air-conditioning for surviving winter/summer.

If your listing is around the $300 range, I would prefer that I'd have access to my own bathroom and not sharing, with a room that is big in size.

If it's on the mid or lower range of $200-250 happy to consider other options.
