Seeking a long-term rental, with bills included. Granny flat/studio/house for myself.

About me:
I value peace and serenity as well as nature and enjoy the outdoors. I keep quiet and to myself and value my privacy.

I use septic safe products that contain natural essential oils and clean on a daily basis. Its important for me to have a home that is fresh and maintained.

I am currently studying with TAFE and have many hobbies, such as reading, writing, creating art and photography.

Rent is always paid when due and I have the funds to secure a home. Rent is paid into bank account.

Rental type:
I expect a private agreement with proof of rent and any bond given to be lodged accordingly, with receipt to be provided upon entry into a property and lease terms.

This is non negotiable.

The max bond I will provide is two weeks for a private standard tenancy agreement.

I require autonomy. Like any other adult, I enjoy having visitors and family/friends visit and stay. I love to cook and I expect the minimum of a stove top and oven. A laundry is also needed on site.

I prefer quieter environments away from traffic sound. I rely on public transport as I don't drive.

I value open and honest communication hence my ad expressing my needs. I don't just want a house, I want a home that I can truly live in with full autonomy of the space. I want to make this arrangement long term.
