Seeking a long-term rental, with bills included. Granny flat/studio/unit/house for myself and another adult. No pets or children.

No share housing, no rooms in existing houses, no boarding houses. Please do not message me offering these options. Inclusion of bills preferred.

About us:
We value peace, serenity and privacy enjoy nature and the outdoors.

We use septic safe products that contain natural essential oils and clean on a daily basis. Its important for us to have a home that is fresh and maintained.

We have many hobbies, such as reading, writing, creating art and photography.

Rent is paid when due and we have the funds to secure a home. Rent is paid into bank account.

Rental type:
We expect a private agreement with proof of rent and any bond given to be lodged with Fair Trading, with receipts to be provided upon entry into a property and lease terms of a minimum of 12 months.

We enjoy making wholesome food and require a cooktop and oven to make food.

We prefer quieter environments away from traffic sound. We rely on public transport as we don't drive nor do we have a car.

We value open and honest communication. We seek a home that we can truly live in with full autonomy of the space. We want to make this arrangement long term.
