Looking for Land to Stay in My Van – Around the Wallan or Frankston area.
(12+ month stay)

Hi there,
I’m a 46-year-old single female, mostly introverted and quiet. I keep to myself, but I’m happy for the occasional chat if that’s your thing. I’ve been traveling Australia in my 18 ft caravan for the past few years following the weather, but I’d like to settle in one spot for at least 12 months while I save for my own land and manage the high cost of living.

About me:
Home-based writer and avid reader, so I need peace and quiet.
Fully self-sufficient in my van. I don’t need access to your house or utilities, just a water tap outside to fill up occasionally and access to bins.
Responsible, tidy, and respectful of property.
I dont touch drugs, alcohol, nor smoke.
No pets currently, but I hope to have a dog in the future. If I do, it will be kept secure with me always.

What I’m looking for:
Larger property with a Bush, farm, or country setting, with no large trees directly over my van.
A little space for a small garden would be amazing and it's a bonus if you have chickens or allow me to keep a few but none of this is a deal-breaker.
Roughly within the area of Wallan or a Frankston, on the outskirts of either.
Peaceful, ideally no small children or constant loud noise directly near my van so I can concentrate on reading and writing.

Rent & arrangement:
I am on the DSP, so I would prefer lower rent ($100–$150/week).
I’m happy to help around the property or feed your pets and water garden while you are away and make it worthwhile for you if that would help.

I’m quiet, safe, low-maintenance, and a reliable presence. I'm someone you can trust on your property without worry.
