**Looking for a Granny Flat or Studio in Gold Coast**

Hi there,

I’m Marco, a physiotherapist working full-time (8:30–4:30) and currently living in Varsity Lakes. Originally from Italy, I spent six years in the UK before moving to Australia, where I’ve been for the past three years. I’m a permanent resident and plan to stay in the Gold Coast long-term.

I’m easygoing, tidy, and respectful of others’ space. I stay active with surfing, tennis, running, and gym sessions, and I enjoy socializing, camping, and traveling. While I appreciate good company, I also value my own space. I’m not much of a cook, don’t have pets, and I don’t smoke.

I’m looking for a granny flat or studio where I can enjoy privacy, tranquility, and my routine. If you have something that might be a good fit, I’d love to hear from you!
