Ngakiri Avau and Jakob

We are Jakob and Avau, a respectful and reliable couple currently looking for a place to call home. We are expecting our first child in August 2026 and are hoping to find a peaceful, well maintained home environment for our growing family.

Jakob works full-time on overseas contract work and travels back and forth for his job, meaning I (Avau) will mainly be at home. I work part-time as a support worker and value keeping a clean, calm, and respectful household.

We pride ourselves on being considerate tenants who communicate well, pay rent on time, and take care of the property as if it were our own. We both have good references and a strong rental history.

Jakob is also very hands on and happy to help around the home and yard where needed, including general maintenance, gardening, and keeping outdoor areas tidy.

We are quiet, mature, family oriented people who genuinely appreciate a good living environment and respectful relationships with landlords and housemates alike.
