LOOKING FOR ENTIRE PROPERTY TO RENT ASAP!
Hi, I'm a polite, clean and friendly young person looking for a place to rent out! Available to move literally anytime!
Ive been in brisbane for ~2 years and have 3 past share house/rental experiences. Myself and my 2 good friends have been looking to move together for months with no luck. We're hoping to find a 3 bedroom property to rent for ourselves!
Ive finished studying and am working 2 jobs, the house mates I intend on living with are employed and students with enough earnings between us all to afford a property.
All Very respectable and genuine people, Can talk more in detail about ourselves if you want. I do have a lovely senior cat who i must take care of and keep indoors only, Shes been in my family nearly 20 years (I am 21) and has never done any wrong with property, people or pets.
Combined We are able to pay $600 total per week MAX, however Id like to negotiate depending on property size/bedrooms/bathrooms. Preferably an ensuite bedroom would be great, built in closets, aircon (atleast one) Amenities and Bills included would also be fantastic, but again we are not too picky and just need a place as soon as possible please! We are hardworkers but also want to save for our futures, as rent has been ridiculously high its been tough.
12 months lease/stay with renewal is preferred, but open to starting with a shorter term lease to see how we settle and go from there, we are pretty flexible! Again Im looking to rent an entire property, not for room mates or share housing as myself and my two friends are already keen on moving together. I'm very chill and kept to myself but don't mind a chat, getting along and respecting eachother is the goal! Usually im just at work or relaxing at home. I'm always clean, tidy and organised. None of us have kids or a car. No past issues with any of our rentals/living spaces. We don't smoke/vape/drink/etc and arent noisy. We are all artists on the side of working and studying and enjoy music in our free time! LGBTQ+ and mixed races between us. All Australian citizens.
