LOOKING FOR PROPERTY TO RENT ASAP!

Hello! I'm a polite, clean and friendly young person looking for a place to rent out! Available to move literally right now!

Ive been in brisbane for ~2 years and have 3 past share house/rental experiences. Myself and my cat are needing to relocate as soon as possible for personal reasons.

I am hoping to find a studio, grannyflat, or some sort of private self contained unit that I can rent out. I am able to pay $350 MAX per week.
I would be open to share housing as well, would love an ensuit room. If we can discuss prices thatd be great, as long as youre okay living with a gay dude and his cat lol!
Id feel comfortable with roommates who are kind, clean and enjoy a chat but are also respectful of eachothers space! Happy to talk more in depth about ourselves and exchange instagram or numbers :)

Happy to negotiate on rent/bills costs depending on property size/bedroom/bathroom. Atleast one aircon would be great (just for those super hot days, btw Id say Im very energy efficient in all areas haha)
Amenities and Bills included in rent would also be fantastic, as I said I only have things on when they're actually needed/being used, but again I am not too fussy. If sharing then happy to split fairly!

Not too picky on location, however, I dont drive atm so near public transport would be fantastic. I work in Mt Gravatt, so as long as I can get to and from there.

Ive finished studying and am working 2 jobs, while doing artistic hobbies on the side that I also make some money from, I am a hardworking, honest person and have never been late or behind on any payments before.
I am responsible and genuine, mostly busy at work and like to go out and about, when I am home Im pretty quiet and chill, I enjoy playing video games when Ive got the time.

I do have a lovely senior cat who i must take care of and keep indoors only, Shes been in my family nearly 20 years now and has never done any wrong to property, people or pets. Honestly just eats and sleeps, shes well trained and very friendly just like myself! Is okay with other animals.

I need a place as soon as possible please! Have been looking for ages with no luck, as rent has been ridiculously high its been tough, sadly Im sure we can all relate. Would love to save on rent if possible in these times. Thanks for your understanding.

12 months lease/stay with renewal is preferred, but I am open to starting with a shorter term lease to see how we settle and go from there, as im pretty flexible! Again, I am looking to rent an entire property, open to room mates or share housing if its a good arrangement. Unit, Studio, Apartment, Grannyflat situation is my goal.
