Hi, this is Carol 👋

I am working full time as a Marketing Manager in the tech industry in the city, usually in the office during the week so weekdays can be pretty busy (with the occasional WFH day). On weekends I love being active and social — going to the gym or yoga, enjoying brunch, or hanging out with friends. I am very easy going and enjoy connecting with people.

For the room, I would need a bed and a wardrobe. I have my own work desk, and a reading chair that could be shared in the living room. Ideally the room has enough space to fit my stuff , and it must have a window for natural light.

I like living with housemates who are friendly and easy to connect with. It would be great to socialise sometimes, like a casual movie night, while still respecting each other’s own space. I love a clean and tidy home.

Location wise, it would be ideal to have easy access to the city and shops close by. I am planning to buy a car next year, so having parking options would be great.

I will be travelling over Christmas and back on 9 Jan, so I can move in after that.

If you think I could be a good fit I am happy to schedule an inspection. I am in Marrickville at the moment. Sunday or a weeknight after 6pm suits me.
