Hi everyone,

I’m on the lookout for a modern, clean, friendly share house, unit, or a 1x1 flat.

A bit about me:
I spend about 3 days a week online coaching and recording for my business, so I’m hoping to live with housemates whose schedules align with mine.
Just to make sure I don't disturb anyone while I'm working, I'm hoping to have some solo time on those days (if that suits your schedule). I'll be out working on the other days.
I’m aiming for a 6–8 month stay while I get settled before moving into my own place.
I’d like a spacious room for my desk, a private bathroom for privacy, and a car space.

Budget: $450- $470 per week.
Preference: Ideally close to the CBD or within about 15 minutes, in a quiet area. I’m also open to moving closer to the coast if the right place becomes available.

A bit about me personally:
I’m chill but active—into health and fitness.
Easygoing, I enjoy a good chat but also value downtime.
I respect personal space & expect the same. I keep things tidy, organised, and friendly.
