I am a recently grad from University of Western Australia. I like nature, and usually go out for long walks to explore and meditate. Love watching movies of any kind. Pretty friendly and broad-minded person who is respectful of others privacy. I don’t drink or smoke and try to work around the schedule of people I am sharing the house with.
I am looking for a private room, fully furnished, for rent with bills included, on a property which is near a bus or a train stop. It must be within 8-9 km from UWA or CBD Perth.
Rent amount must include charges for electricity, gas, water, Wi-Fi, other basic utilities. Can live with anyone from any background.
