Hey! I’m 30, relocating to Brisbane for work. I’m active (gym + running), pretty routine during the week, and I enjoy having a good balance between a social house and personal space.

I’m clean, respectful, and big on good communication - I’ll always do my part with chores and I’m considerate about noise. I’d be keen for a place where we can occasionally hang out (dinner, a drink, random chats), but no pressure for constant socialising as I like to keep to myself and do my own thing mainly.

Im looking for places in Newstead, Tenneriffe, New Farm, Kangaroo point or Westend.
