I’m originally from Ukraine and have been living in Sydney for about 4 years. I hold Australian Permanent Residency (PR).

I work in IT (mostly in the evenings), so I have a calm and structured routine during the day. In my free time, I enjoy playing tennis and staying active.

I’m responsible, tidy, non-smoker, and respectful of shared spaces. I value a clean, quiet, and comfortable home environment.

I’m looking for a studio or a private furnished room, preferably with its own bathroom. Reliable internet is essential for my work.

Ideally, I’m looking for a place close to the city or with good public transport access, and for a long-term stay.
