Hello, I am 28, working at the Flinders Medical Centre, looking for a place to live in until October. My friends have described me as being quite sociable and fun to be around. I am looking for housemates that feel like friends, and share a relaxed and fun environment with. From my previous share house experiences, I've learned that I prefer houses that are a bit more social and have guests over every now and then, within reasonable bounds of course.

I am quite uncompromising when it comes to keeping the house clean, but that's about it; I am quite relaxed about everything else! Previously, I've found it very helpful to have a regular cleaning schedule and arrange house meetings to set/amend house rules, and have open communication, respectful communication in general.

My current flatmates (and also the leaseholders) are having a bit of an emergency and need the room for their parent, so I need to move out by the 31st of January, and am in an urgent need for a house share. Keen to have a phone call first to see if we are the right fit, and if we go ahead, I'll be moving in with my plants, guitars, books, and a few pieces of furniture. Thanks!
