Hello.

My name is Gunda. I'm in my 40s. I work 3 days looking after the elderly plus 1 morning a week looking after the disabled. In my spare time I regularly visit the public pool and parklands to exercise.

I have no kids, no pets and I do not smoke.

My landlord is selling up.

I am seeking to rent a granny flat, separate section of a house or large studio. A self contained place with a sink, bench to prepare food and cook on, and off street parking space within 20mins drive of Maroochydore CBD would suit best.

I can move around 1 September.

I am able to pay up to $500 per week for a self contained space if it includes all expenses (water, electricity and internet) and an off street car parking space.

I am flexible with furniture. I have all my own furniture if need be. I do have kitchen appliances, linen, clothes and own a small car so a car and storage space is required by me.

I hope to find a home for over 12 months.

FYI I have lived in 3 houses in 8 years. Seeking something long term.
