***Would like 6-12 months, at a great place and am flexible on moving dates from now (20 Aug) to late September.***

Quiet, clean, tidy, bookish, non-smoker, work full-time in tech and law. I have been described as kind, courteous and I enjoy cooking, cycling and the gym.

- full-time at office or wfh depending on the week.
- quiet, either reading, studying or on the computer watching TV with headphones.
- spend my free time out cycling or going out with friends and my large extended family.
- lover of sake or a good red.

cons
- Dont watch or know much about AFL, huge Italian football fan (AS Roma).
- I'm an early riser, which might be a con., but I make an effort to be very quiet when making coffee and getting out the door.
