Looking for a furnished room in Melbourne (July onwards)

Hey! I’m Dan, 35, from the UK and currently based in Frankston. I’m working in Moorabbin at the moment but looking for somewhere a bit closer and with a different vibe.

I’m on a 417 WHV and working in Moorabbin. As I don’t drive, I’m looking for somewhere with good public transport links to make the commute easier.

Outside of work I’m into the gym, football/sports, exploring new places, and meeting new people. I’m social and easy to get along with, but I also respect people’s space and downtime.

Areas:
Moorabbin, Cheltenham, Bentleigh, Highett, South Yarra, or anywhere with good public transport access to Moorabbin.

Budget:
Up to $300 per week including bills, ideally furnished.

Housemate vibes:
Clean, respectful, easygoing and friendly. Always up for a chat, a drink, watching sport or doing something outside the house, but equally happy doing my own thing. I’ve lived in shared houses before and know how important it is to keep a good atmosphere at home.
