I am 25-year old, sober, single, grandma-like vegan. I am super quiet, and would be so, so grateful for any self-contained private studio/one-bedroom, if by chance you’ve got one🥹!

I am also a local, having been born and raised in Sydney! However, I happen to have been financially independent since I was 16, as I have no family support (to be honest; and, I am so sorry for the bleak context), and so I’m very sorry, but my budget is fixed🥹.

$580 is my absolute upper max, sorry- however, I’m very happy to pay in cash if that helps. And, I’m also very happy to pay monthly, upfront, instead of weekly!

(So sorry, this is my own prerogative, but) I’m experiencing severe sleep-deprivation from noise pollution, in my current accommodation, hence I’m very eagerly extending my budget to my upper limits🥹)

I have previously lived in Iglu Central Park from Jan 2020- June 2022 (when I attended the University of Sydney, whilst I’d paid my own rent), and have a letter of recommendation from them as a tenant, too! I happen to have received my bond back fully without asking, and really value being cooperative, clean and just humanely considerate of others. I personally have an aversion to germs and also noise, so I genuinely would treat your place very meticulously cleanly.
