Hello! My name is Rhoan, and I'm a consultant looking for a room to rent in Sydney starting in April. I'm excited to find a comfortable and welcoming home in this beautiful city.

As a consultant, I value a peaceful and quiet living space where I can relax and unwind after a long day of work. I'm a clean and respectful person who enjoys maintaining a tidy and organized living environment. When I'm not working, I enjoy reading, watching movies, and exploring the city.

I'm looking for a place that is safe and secure and a welcoming atmosphere. Ideally, I would like a room that is unfurnished, with ample storage space. Access to shared areas such as the kitchen and living room is also important to me. If there's a designated workspace, that's a plus!

I'm open to different neighborhoods and areas in Sydney, as long as they are safe and well-connected. I'm looking for a roommate or landlord who is friendly and easy to communicate with.
