Hi Guys, I am looking for a person/house to get a lease/studio/room of 1/2 bedroom house. I have been leaving in sunny coast over 12 years and unfortunately the house i have been leaving over 5 years will be back to the owner.

I have an excellent rental history and pride myself on taking very good care of the house both inside and outside.

I work as a pilates instructor, start very earlier and go to bed earlier as well. I am quiet, respectful, kind of introvert don't party at home and love the house to chill. I also do have a beautiful border collie to make everyone life better :)

My budget of the house is max $700 and we can take the lease together , $500 to take it on my own
