Hi, I’m a full-time accountant and part-time CA student, currently looking to team up with housemates to lease a place. My budget is around $360 per week, and I’m after a private room with car parking.

I’ve lived with housemates for a long time, and I value a calm, tidy, and respectful living environment. I’m cooperative, considerate, and always make sure to respect everyone’s privacy. Cleanliness is important to me, especially in shared spaces like the kitchen and bathroom. Outside of work and study, I enjoy staying active at the gym, socializing, and occasionally playing the guitar.
