Hey there! Price and date of moving are flexible and depending on bills included. I just have to move before 12th of april.

Looking for LONG TERM accommodation. More than 12 months.

Preference of own bathroom or ensuite if possible.
built in wardrobe.

Parking or appropriate easy to get street parking okay.

Looking for a big enough sized room no single bed rooms or student share companies.

Any extra storage (garage or storage cage etc?) a bonus.

Air con and that it can be used in summer.

I have my own utensils and cooking items.

I play ukulele, sing, photography, play video games and and paint watercolours. As social as I am antisocial. I'm respectful of other peoples space and keep tidy and clean communal areas.

I am on DSP so i have a steady permanent income.
