Hey! I’m Amy,

I work full time in a hospital (day shifts) and also am a musician.

Outside of work, I like playing music with friends, the arts, live music, trail running/bushwalks, and good chats over coffee. A lot of my practice these days is done out of the house with various groups, but ideally keen to live with someone who wouldn't mind the odd music (living with other musicians is always a bonus too!). I have a practice mute and am very respectful of people's differing schedules/comfort in the house, I often find time to practice when others are out of the house.

As a housemate, I bring furniture and appliances to mostly furnish the flat (an old hand at being the share house furnisher - could also potentially assist to furnish the second bedroom if needed), a nice little flowerbox garden, and reliability. I've also enjoyed cooking adventures, music, and couch philosophy with previous housemates.

I'm keen for somewhere stable that is a relaxing place during busy work weekdays, but also a social and welcoming place. I'd like to be able to have a space where we can have friends over sometimes, and I've enjoy weekend shared dinners sometimes with previous housemates (though usually a ruthless batch cooker for meals during the week). I'm happiest in houses where everyone likes maintaining a positive community, whilst respecting when people just want a quiet night too. I like sharing a drink with friends sometimes (not a big drinker), I don’t smoke/no drugs, and looking for a house with the same.
