Ayuko and Ameer

● About Us 👫
We are a responsible and quiet couple seeking a house (not shared house). Our budget is approximately $2,000 per month, and we plan to move sometime in December 2025 or January 2026. Ideally, we’d like to sign a 12-month lease with the option to renew annually.
Our preferred location is along the Frankston train line, as it is convenient for both work and study. We do not have any pets. We don’t have a strong preference for furnished or unfurnished places, but having essential appliances included would be very helpful. We both lead busy lives with full-time work and study commitments, so we value a peaceful home environment.

● Ayuko
I am a 31-year-old Japanese woman, currently studying full-time for an MBA and MPA while also working in marketing and graphic design. I enjoy classical music, attending orchestra and ballet performances, and gardening. I have always received my full bond back, and I pride myself on being a reliable and responsible tenant.

● Ameer
Ameer is a 34-year-old Malaysian man, working full-time as a barber, six to seven days a week. He enjoys cooking and keeping the home clean, and prefers a spacious and tidy kitchen.
He is also a car enthusiast, so off-street parking would be ideal.

We are both respectful, tidy, and financially stable. We lead a quiet lifestyle, are considerate of neighbours, and will take excellent care of the property.
