Hey,

I'm currently living in on High Street in Fremantle but the sadly the owner selling his house.
Looking to move in July so just seeing what options are out there.

I'm 28, from England and have been in Aus since November 2019. I have applied for my sponsorship visa so I'm looking for a place long term. Open to joining a lease if needed. I've lived in and around Freo for the last couple of years. Open to other areas but ideally looking to find a house in Freo. Looking to find a home as opposed to a room in a house.

I've done numerous sublets so happy to provide references. Clean and respectful. Looking to find the balance of being sociable but also having my own space. I don't smoke nor am I big partier but do enjoy having friends around for dinners. Outside space, parking and pets are a bonus!

I work full-time in hospitality as a restaurant manager so I do get home late but always respectful and quiet. Currently trying to find the 'life' part in work-life balance but in my free time I love being at the beach, activities of any kind and catching up with friends.
