Hi!!! My names Jess I’m 22 and I’m a HUGE fan of having a house to live in!!!!!

I’m studying archaeology at flinders. I don’t have pets or kids or anything that crawls around. I really like cooking, but it’s more so just a means to fulfil my love of eating. I’m clean in communal spaces with the philosophy that rooms exist to be used (dishes in the sink are fine for an afternoon).

It’s super important to me to be friends with whoever I live with, so in an ideal world I’m looking for people in their 20s who are queer and artsy adjacent. I’m trans myself so please be feel free to be transphobic and include me in your women only household, you all have cheaper rent ❤️

Not really looking for a major party house but I would enjoy (co)hosting something every few months.

I’m hoping for somewhere close to the city, ideally east but I’m aware my budget will likely require flexibility! $180 excluding bills is generally a maximum for me but could be negotiated if you’re like REALLY cool. Or we do somewhat communal groceries, I would like that.
