Middle aged IT worker, quite, non-smoker. Only drinks occasionally.
I mostly work from home, communing to the office once or twice a week.
I have my teenaged kids every other weekend, and they visit during the week for dinner sometimes.
I'm looking into the possibility of splitting a 3 or 4 bedroom lease with someone, instead of renting a 2 bedroom place by myself. I would want 2 bedrooms, one for me and one for the kids, but I'm pretty flexible apart from that.
Ideally in the Pennant Hills/Hornsby area.
