Hi everyone, I’m looking for a quiet, dog-friendly granny flat, studio or similar space to call home.

Ideally I’d love somewhere with a bit of space, privacy and an outdoor area or small yard for my dog, Popcorn. She’s a gentle, well-trained Australian Shepherd who is very easy to have around and spends a lot of her time napping beside me or out playing with her cousin,

I’m pretty quiet and health conscious, and I really value having a peaceful home, ideally somewhere light, private and close to nature and or the beach

A little about me — I’m currently finishing postgraduate studies in mental health neuroscience and work part-time as a mentor. I’m respectful, reliable with rent and take really good care of wherever I live. References are available upon request
