I am generally very busy during my week, and on weekends I try to catch up with more studying or cooking, relaxing generally; I am looking for a place to call home where to base for at least one year if not longer until I finish my studies.

Looking to sign on a full legal rental tenancy agreement, not into party housing at all.
I love nature, sport, art, great food and my friends/family. I am social, but I also like to spend solo- time while I go trekking or simply dedicating to my hobbies and interests.
Not a smoker. Social drinker if I go out for a nice dinner. Very proactive, and genuine person.
Don't appreciate dramas, and no sense behaviour.
