I'm a friendly, easy-going woman originally from the UK who moved to Australia to be closer to family. I'm looking for more than just a room to rent. I'm hoping to find a place that genuinely feels like home.

My background was in higher education, and more recently I lived in France, where I ran my own property management business. I'm mature but young at heart, respectful, independent, very tidy, and enjoy a calm, relaxed lifestyle. I love travel, keeping active, music, good food, and the occasional glass of wine.

I don't work a traditional 9–5, so I enjoy the flexibility of being at home during the day and am looking for a household where that's completely comfortable. As I don't have a car, I rely on public transport, so good connections into Sydney are important if the property is outside the Bondi area.

I'm hoping to find a welcoming home with friendly, like-minded people and a comfortable atmosphere where everyone respects each other's space.
