I'm a 41-year-old woman with a 13 year old daughter who enjoys walking outdoors and watching Netflix. We need 2 rooms or 1 room with 2 beds. I'm currently studying Diploma of Counselling preferring a clean and quiet house vibe. I steer clear of smoking and don't own any pets.
